Ltd. regarding your use of the kloudo.com website, as well as any other websites, subdomains, platforms, or services owned or controlled by netVed Technologies & kloudo.com (collectively, the "Service").The Service allows you to submit, store, and access your company profile, interact with your colleagues and receive updated information related to your colleagues' projects, assignments, travels and similar activities. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use the site. www.kloudo.com is a site developed, managed and operate by NetVed Technologies Private Limited. We are a private limited company registered in Bangalore, India and have our registered office at 413, DSR Pride, 24th main, 2nd Sector, HSR Layout, Bangalore, 560 034, India.

• Access to our website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below).
• From time to time, we may restrict access to the whole or any part of our site, acting reasonably, to you or any other person at our entire discretion.
• If you choose, or you are provided with, a user id, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and netVed as a result of this agreement or use of the kloudo.com Web Site. netVed's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of netVed's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the kloudo.com Web Site or information provided to or gathered by Cynapse with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Cynapse with respect to the kloudo.com Web Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and netVed with respect to the kloudo.com Web Site.

We may revise these terms of use at any time by amending this page. It is your responsibility to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we make, as they are binding on you.
